Osvaldo Cisneros is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, along with licenses in life, health, long-term care, and property & casualty insurance. He is also a licensed Medicare broker, enabling him to guide clients through the complexities of Medicare and help them select coverage aligned with their needs. His background across financial planning, investments, insurance, and Medicare allows him to consider multiple areas of a client’s financial life when developing recommendations.

Born and raised in Santa Ana, Osvaldo has deep roots in Orange County and is proud to serve the individuals, families, and business owners who call the community home. With a client-centered approach, he is committed to building lasting relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and personalized service.
